 FICT is producing the series , “Beyond 60” for Tara Television . This series raises issues of common concern in the South Asian Region. Some of the topics covered so far are; Democracy in South Asia , Sharing of Water Resources, Emergence of Asia , Trafficking of Women , Creating Wealth with ICT’s, New Directions in Media, Borderless Education etc Eminent experts are featured , B.G Verghese, Sayeeda Hameed , Ratikant Basu, Kiran Karnik, and many others . The program is hosted by Deb Mukharji , former Ambassador to Bangladesh/ Nepal . The program is produced by FICT students . |

 The sample episode (the pilot program ) is about someone who is inspired by the extremes of beauty and suffering - the Indian film-maker Muzaffar Ali who finds a voice for his soul in art, poetry and Sufi thought .
He's one of those who needn't lock the doors of his house while he's away. What can be burgled anyway? The wealth of talent is all within him! Muzaffar Ali is film director, artist, fashion designer, Sufi follower and politician all rolled in one. Presently episode 2 is being submitted and episode 1 of the interview has also been recorded.
